Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully repack the lighting fixture in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, crystals, and instruction manuals are included.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered or removed to avoid transit delays.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned fixture for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
